I wasn’t born fit, truth be told nobody is. I used to skip P.E in school and struggle with issue surrounding my own self-perception and body image.
I felt like I was supposed to be someone else, like the person in the mirror didn’t match up with the image in my head.
The gym was the first time I was ever able to realise what I was really capable of. It provided a consistent source of achievement, structure to my lifestyle and a clear sense of purpose.
I became a personal trainer because with time, study and dedication, I became the person I wanted to be, and the person I wanted to be is a person who helps others.
I’ve worked with a diverse group of people from a multitude of backgrounds, cultures and points of view who all share one thing in common… a desire to improve.
The SCS approach to personal training is built on the pillars of 3 principles. Structure, effort and analysis.
Structure
A clear plan of action, carefully selected exercises chosen to optimize muscular development to sculpt strong bodies that can lift more every session. Nutrition plans and guidance individually crafted to help you lose up to and over 1kg of fat a week.
Effort
A consistent effort of showing up for yourself even on the days you don’t feel like it. I’m someone here to help you be accountable, to motivate you through your sessions and keep you on track both in person and over the phone.
Analysis
Analysis: Everything we do in and outside the gym is data that can be recorded to help you achieve. The number of steps you take, the hours you sleep at night, the food you put into body can all effect how you feel and perform.
The SCS approach is about stamping out stagnation and using the data we collect to solve problems and continue development.
